Outsourced Pharma Capacity Update (OPCU)

The Outsourced Pharma Capacity Update is a live virtual event that offers our audience of professionals with responsibilities in development and manufacturing outsourcing the chance to learn (and see!) the latest capabilities and available capacities our clients have to offer - all from the convenience of an interactive online platform. Held over 3 days, the event covers large molecule, small molecule, and cell & gene manufacturers.

Sponsorship Includes*:

• Online Presentation
A 20-minute presentation, including a short introduction, live presentation detailing current open capacity, a pre-recorded video or live tour/demonstration providing a visual representation of the client's facilities, equipment, locations, etc. that directly support open capacity, and live Q&A. Presentations focus entirely on current available capacity and the related service area capabilities, volumes, locations, and facilities that support this available capacity. Pre-event video development/production can be provided for an additional fee (contact us for pricing).

• Meeting Request Capability (pre-, during, & post-event)
Requests from audience members to schedule a meeting sent to sponsor no later than 48 hours after receipt

• In-event Engagement Details
Attendee slide downloads, question submissions, and presentation ratings sent within one week of the event

• Pre- & Post-Event Marketing
Company name, logo, speaker headshot, company URL, and/or presentation abstracts shared via marketing materials, registration page, social media, and event presentation platform

• Polling Question
Engage attendees with one self-created pop-up polling question resulting in unique, personally identifiable responses. Post-event, clients receive documentation of the responses as well as respondent contact information.

• Post-Event Guest List
Sent one week after the event (pre-show list not available)

• Post-Event Video Production
Post-event production cut of the company’s presentation. Professionally packaged as a stand-alone video file owned by the client.
